Beneath the topper’s sturdy yet lightweight .035-in.-thick aluminum exterior skin lies a TIG-welded, .050-in.-thick aluminum frame offering years of durable service, regardless of the climate or job. Like A.R.E.’s other commercial models, the DCU features weather-sealed doors with gas props, heavy-duty hinges, and advanced locks to protect your valuables—upgradable to A.R.E.’s optional keyless e-lock system.
A.R.E. offers the DCU Series Truck Cap in three standard baked enamel finishes—white, black, and silver—to complement most fleet vehicles and work rigs. Optionally, A.R.E. offers an automotive-grade paint finish color-matched to your truck’s paint code for a seamless match.

Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within two business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to leave our warehouse. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.
